Progear Bikes offer nationwide delivery for all of our products. If you are looking to purchase a Progear bike outside of Australia, please visit our Country picker to choose the correct website for your region.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping for all of our products is determined by your shipping region and the weight of your total order. If you are purchasing just one item, you can get an estimate of your shipping cost by using the shipping calculator on the product page: simply enter your postcode, click the submit button, and you'll be shown an estimate of the shipping cost. For orders of multiple items, your total shipping cost will also be shown during the checkout process before payment.

ORDER PROCESS

After placing your order, you'll get an email with your order number, order details and other important information. We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed quickly, packaged correctly and dispatched as soon as possible. Keep in mind that placing orders in the early business hours may make it easier for us to dispatch it on the same day.

SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY (Standard or Express)

Small Parcel Delivery gets your order to you sooner with fast, flexible delivery straight to your door. Choose between Standard or Express and track your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Range: Australia Wide (PO Box accepted)

Delivered to your doorstep with safe drop-off or local Australia Post Office collection options. Choose between Standard or Express* delivery at checkout. Track your parcel every step of the way. Time or Date cannot be chosen

BIG & BULKY ECONOMY DELIVERY (STANDARD) TERMS

Our Standard Delivery service offers nation-wide, reliable door-to-door, street level/ground floor delivery only. Pricing is based on the weight of the items & the zone that your postcode falls into. Our couriers will not deliver large items upstairs, enter homes, or provide installation removal services. For items that weigh more than 40kg, they will require assistance in unloading.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your item/s is returned back to our warehouse as un-deliverable or incorrect address, there will be a re-delivery fee.

REGIONAL AREA NOTE: In certain remote or regional areas, the designated courier service used for your order may not offer door-to-door or curb-side delivery. Instead, you may need to pick up your order from the nearest allocated depot. Should you reside in an area that's not accessible via main roads, we encourage you to reach out to us. This will allow us to consult with our courier partners to determine the extent of service available for your location.

BIG & BULKY EXPRESS DELIVERY TERMS

Our Express Delivery is available for selected items to Melbourne Metropolitan areas. To check if Express Delivery is available, enter your postcode into the freight calculator either on the product page or the shopping cart.

Special Offer: Express Delivery Orders made and booked in before 11:00am (AEST, Melbourne Time zone) will qualify for Same Day Delivery. Subject to availability. Order must be booked into the Delivery Booking Request portal prior to 11:00am (AEST, Melbourne Time zone) to qualify.

When ordering, you'll have a chance to specify any special instructions for your order. Specify in the Special Instructions section your preferred date and time. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific time for your delivery but will try our best to allocate a 4-hour delivery window.

Like our standard delivery service, express delivery couriers will only deliver to your front door, on a ground floor location. They cannot deliver large items upstairs, enter homes, or provide installation/removal services. For items that weigh more than 40kg, they will require assistance in unloading.

Contact number is required for delivery. Once your order has been processed, on dispatch day, our dispatch team will call to confirm a delivery day & time frame. If confirmation is not obtained, our team will call again on another day to seek confirmation, and will halt the delivery until confirmation is received. Unfortunately we cannot deliver without verbal or written confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: Missed delivery will incur a re-delivery & return fees if item is returned to our warehouse or need to be re-booked.

TRANSFER FOR CLICK & COLLECT

We highly recommend placing your order online for Click & Collect. Some items may not be held at all collection locations. If your selected item is not available at your chosen pickup point, a Transfer to Collection Point service may be offered at a low fee.

Transfer timeframes follow our standard delivery transit times once dispatched. Availability and transfer options will be displayed on the product page before checkout.

CLICK & COLLECT WITH ASSEMBLY

Want your bike professionally assembled before pickup? Choose Click & Collect with Assembly at checkout.

Collection at Broadmeadows (Vic)

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
• Assembly can take up to 3 business days from the date of order (longer during peak periods).
• Trikes may require additional assembly time.
• Assembly timeframes are estimates only, as our technicians also work on off-site jobs.
• If you need the bike ready by a specific date, please contact us to check technician availability.
• Once the bike is fully assembled, you will be contacted via email to book your pick up using the pick up booking form or directly by our tech team.

Collection at Partnered Locations & Wetherill Park (NSW)

• Bikes must first be transferred to the selected location.
• Transfer transit times are the same as standard delivery once dispatched.
• Assembly begins only after the bike arrives at the location.
• Partnered stores manage their own workshop schedules.
• Please allow 5-7 business days after the bike arrives for assembly to be complete. This will be longer during peak periods.
• The store will usually contact you once the bike is ready.
• If you'd like a status update, you're welcome to contact us and we'll check with the store.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CLICK & COLLECT WITH ASSEMBLY

• If you need accessories fitted (e.g. baskets, racks, training wheels), please order them together with the bike in the same order.
• If accessories are ordered separately, contact us as soon as possible so we can update assembly instructions.
• Customers must bring a suitably sized vehicle or bike rack for transport. Smaller cars may not fit fully assembled bikes, and it's not recommended to dissemble the bike for transport.

DELIVERY & INSTALL (ONSITE ASSEMBLY)

If you prefer to have your bike delivered and fully installed at home, choose Delivery & Install at checkout (only available in certain areas).

• Check whether Delivery & Install is available in your area. This can be done either by checking the product page via the "Check Your Delivery" box or through checkout.
• Once your order is received, we submit a booking request to our third-party installation partner, The Flying Bike.
• Your bike will be delivered via standard delivery.
• After delivery, The Flying Bike will contact you directly to arrange an onsite installation date.
• Installation is completed in full on the same day as the booked appointment.
• Installation bookings are subject to installer availability after the bike has been delivered.
• Please allow up to 7 business days from first contact with the installer to secure an installation date.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• All delivery-only orders follow standard delivery timeframes based on location.
• Transfer orders and click & collect transfers follow the same dispatch and transit times as standard delivery.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT?

For small to mid-sized items, our couriers most likely will not contact you prior to delivery as they try to push out quick deliveries. In this instance, if no-one is at the delivery address to accept delivery, an Authority to Leave freight will be given. If you do not wish for your freight to be left, please notify us as soon as you've placed the order as we ship on a next business basis. Orders involving big and bulky items, such as Electric Bikes, confirmation must be obtained via a phone call, or the carrier may not deliver and will halt until confirmation is received. Contact numbers must be supplied for the delivery.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

While your order should arrive within the timeframes specified, sometimes stuff happens. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe specified, shoot us an email at support@progearbikes.com.au or give us a call at 1300 310 493 with your order details, and we'll chase it up and get back to you as soon as possible.

FREE PICK UP IN BROADMEADOWS (VIC)

We offer free pick up from our location in Broadmeadows, Melbourne (Subject to stock availability). If you wish to pick up your item, simply choose the pick-up option during checkout. Once payment clears, your pick up will be confirmed & your order will be ready for pick up at any time during our business hours.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Stock availability representations on this website are accurate and are subject to change without notice. Pre-orders can be placed on products that are unavailable on stock, and we will try our best to dispatch your desired product as soon as possible. If, for any reason, we cannot immediately supply you with a product you have ordered, we'll let you know over phone or contact and provide you with options to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder.
